Require Physiotherapist in Naroda and Nava Naroda, Ahmedabad
We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Samarpan Physiotherapy Clinic located in Naroda and Nava Naroda, Ahmedabad.
As a Physiotherapist at our clinic, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive physiotherapy services to patients of all ages with various musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical conditions, including medical history review, physical examination, and diagnostic tests as needed.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings, patients’ goals, and clinical expertise.
- Administer a range of physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, electrotherapy modalities, and hydrotherapy, to improve patients’ mobility, strength, flexibility, and function.
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, home exercise programs, and preventive measures to promote self-management and optimize rehabilitation outcomes.
- Monitor the patient’s progress throughout the course of treatment, reassessing and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve therapeutic goals.
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals within the clinic, including physicians, occupational therapists, and rehabilitation aides, to coordinate patient care and ensure interdisciplinary communication and collaboration.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in accordance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice, as well as relevant legal and regulatory guidelines governing physiotherapy practice.
- Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including continuing education courses, workshops, and seminars, to stay current with advancements in physiotherapy practice and enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the overall success and growth of Samarpan Physiotherapy Clinic through active participation in quality improvement initiatives, marketing efforts, and community outreach programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy
- Valid state licensure or registration to practice as a Physiotherapist in Gujarat.
- Proven clinical experience working as a Physiotherapist, preferably in a clinical or outpatient setting.
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills.
- Proficiency in a variety of physiotherapy techniques, modalities, and therapeutic exercises.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient counseling skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassion, empathy, and a patient-centered approach to care.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in maintaining accurate records.
